PRO-ACTIVE CALL IN PROGRAM

Our program consists of seven calls to patients during their first 30 days of service. Caregivers are asked about the condition of the patient and if they have any medication or supply needs.  Any urgent or immediate need is called in to your office, reports for all calls are sent in. Calls can be scheduled between visits to increase the number of contacts a patient receives.
